Hi All

Can anyone please advise which method they think is best to overcome this condition, am currently trying Kegel technique plus a desensitising spray but would appreciate any helpful advice

I've found condoms and alcohol make me last much longer. Beer desensitizes you and prolongs time before ejaculation. Condoms further desensitization.

One suggestion is to masterbate until you are about to cum and stop short. Do this for about an hour if you can. then let it go

Thankfully I can fuck for hours but it was not always so...best to have a quick wank before as that will relieve the tension or as a friend of mine used to do....think of Maggie Tatcher taking a shit !!
