Post CHANGE VIDEO DOWNLOADS FROM RESTRICTED TO BEING ALLOWED 
I WANT TO DOWNLOAD MY VIDEOS AND ALLOW VIEWERS TO DOWNLOAD BUT PRESENTLY I HAVE THE DOWNLOADS BLOCKED... ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS..... DAVE :P

On the new design, you have a drop down list on the top right of each video thumbnail, select "Allow download"
