Remove the pencil feature in Chat?

Post The pencil 
Some people have requested to remove the moving pencil that appears when someone is writing because it often gives away the fact that a person is whispering to another. However the pencil is useful especially when having a conversation.

If we get rid of the pencil it will disapear from the chat room, the Private Conversations and the Instant Messagings. It is all or nothing.

We will remove the pencil if that is what most chatters want. Please let us know your views.

I think the pencil is good simply because you do know if someone is whispering! - I think its good that the asses that whisper the same crap to 10 different women right them their whispered 'hi' onwards will be exposed lol - It might also put some whispers back in the room and create that sex based chat the room has been missing lately.

Is it really important to know if an user is writing or ***** .... all I know, I don't want a moving hand that indicates what I'm doing lol
Seriously ... I am agree with Jamie. I vote yes for keep this moving pencil.

Many people have been complaining about not being able to see other people's text in the chatroom itself. They can see the pencil is moving and they see other people's responses in the chatroom to that person, but they cannot see that person themselves typing in the chat. Any idea what's up with that?

Kyxtian, see my thread about 'invisible typing'. It's driving me and Tru crazy! You can't see what the person is typing, and you have to completely leave the site and re-enter to get them back.

Me and Beema think it should STAY..... It's good to see when your freinds (that aren't that quick to type) is typing something so you can wait for the answer/question......

Why the hell are they looking at the pencil anyway, look at the chat and the cams.
and what happens if some one is on cam and replying that way, you only get half then if you dont have em docked, and with only four docking spaces and over a hundred in that is possible
