Hi,

If your video has been stolen from Yuvutu and reposted on a competitor website, you can submit a DMCA complaint (you have the DMCA link at the bottom of the page)

i noticed after looking a lot of the newer yuvutu vids are there .....not just mine

Yes, but since 'YUVUTU.COM' watermarks appear and are mandatory on ALL the videos, I think that it is easy to complain via "DMCA". That works.
