Post downloading videos 
I see that a new feature if your a subscriber is that you can download peoples videos.

What if you don't want others to do this? Can mine not be available for download?

Post You can opt out 
Every time you upload a video, there is a checkbox for authorising downloads. If you do not want your video to be downloaded, uncheck the box.

For older videos, where the uploader was not given a chance to opt out, it is assumed that he has forbidden downloading.

So hopefully this should satisfy your requirements.
