Post How can I get rid of my ban? 
Hi, got banned from the chatroom today, have been a long-term user of the chat and have never upset anyone.
My mistake was:
-I asked how old you had to be to use the chat. I was told, as expected, it was 21, said "oops" as a joke, not funny in retrospect, but was instantly banned. No questions asked, no time to explain.
I'm 27 years old.
Apologies to anyone I upset.

How long is this ban for and when will it be lifted?
