Post Make basic chat work!! 
It's been broken for a few days now, and there a lot of frustrated users....

Problem seems simple: User is presented with a dialogue box asking for username/password, but with only one field, username (password field is missing).

This is a 5 minute (if you're slow) fix.... FIX IT!

Post its not broke 
its being tempremental, follow the tips and you'll get in.

@wetchick: When peolpe can’t get in even after several attempts there is definitely something broken.
