Post Not a complaint just a question 
I uploaded some videos the other day but they have not appeared on the site and I have not received any emails about why they haven't been uploaded.

I've tried to upload one of them again but with the same outcome

I was just wondering why this might be

Hi,

Thanks for your contact.
We have been doing some changes on the site on the last couple of days and we are trying to approve everything ASAP. If you haven't received any Refusal notice, everything should be ok and you'll have your video online on the next hours.
