Uploading problems

Post Uploading problems 
I have tried several times to up load files without success. I have converted them to mp4, avi and even flv. In each case it tells me that it is not a recognized format. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

anytime i upload from an iphone your website flips the videos upside down. i have tried to upload them upside down to compensate and it just keeps them upside down. and tberes no way to flip the video on here. it sucks

Have the same problem sometimes, deleted them went back flipped them, uploaded and finally were correct. But it took a lot of time. It does not always happen. We use an iPad Air.
